When your domain is about to expire, you will see the below banner on your Dukaan web dashboard notifying the number of days left for your domain to expire.
On clicking the banner, you will see the below pop-up.
Click on Renew domain to complete the payment for your custom domain.
Alternatively, to check when your custom domain is about to expire, you can go to the Domain section under store settings.
If your domain has expired or will expire soon, you will see the below screen.
You can click on the Renew button to make the payment for your domain.
What to do when your domain expires?
When your custom domain has expired, your store URL will change to the Dukaan managed domain and you will see this pop-up on your Dukaan web dashboard.
You can choose to renew your domain by clicking on the Renew now button.
In case you do not wish to renew your custom domain, you can continue to use the Dukaan managed domain free of cost.
