Do you have a desktop app available?

Yes, we do have a "Web Version" which can be accessed with the browser on any desktop or laptop.

Go to https://web.mydukaan.io to use the web version. You’ll see the below screen. Enter your registered mobile number to access your Dukaan Store.

Once you enter the mobile number, you’ll get an OTP. Enter the OTP to continue. You’ll see the main dashboard when you log in. Just like your Dukaan app, you can view or accept orders, add products manually or in bulk, add categories and do a lot of other things.
